CHARACTER DETAILS: Add $15 - $30 (for things like weapons, detailed outfits, pets, or any additional elements).

SIMPLE BACKGROUND: Solid colors or plain background will be FREE.

REGULAR BACKGROUND: Add $20 - $30 ( like water, plants, skies, or a simple room).

REVISIONS: 3 free revisions during the sketch and lineart process. There will be additional fees once exceeded.

RUSH ORDERS: Will have additional fees ($20 - $50).

Reposting, selling, crypto/NFT use, AI, tracing, editing, drawing over, or reproduction in any form is strictly prohibited.

Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, contact me at [email protected].

You can post/use the artwork on your social media. Setting it as an icon/profile picture or header is fine with credit "@soxue_art".

Please stay in touch throughout the commission process; maintain communication to help me complete your commission efficiently.

Provide clear, colored references for full illustrations. Rough sketches would be very helpful if there's a specific pose.

Finished illustrations will be sent via email.

I may post the artwork on my social media, portfolio, or use it as a commission example.

If you want the commissioned work to remain private, please inform me.

I reserve the right to decline commissions if uncomfortable.

Updates will be given 3-5 days after starting the commission.

Completion time is 2 weeks to 2 month, depending on the waitlist and circumstances.

Clients are free to ask for wips or updates at any time.

Payment is upfront via PAYPAL or E-WALLET only. Strictly NO REFUNDS.

Payment must be received before starting your commission.

Please provide your PayPal email so I can send you an invoice. If the invoice remains unpaid for over a week, the commission will be canceled.
